Client & Goals

Client: Clermont based nonprofit youth sports league.

Issue: Established but neglected Facebook Business Page with no community interaction, despite regularly posting, and a spam issue.

Goals: Control spam issue, increase local reach, increase community interaction on the Facebook Page.

Package: The Juice Facebook Management package with additional Reels, custom photography, and fan management.

Results

I began working with this youth sports league’s social media at the beginning of August, 2023. At the time this case study was written, it’s October 1, 2023.

Controlling the Spam: The first issue was to eliminate overseas spam bot content, which appeared on nearly every post. Through carefully crafted filters – all spam content was eliminated within one week of taking over the Facebook Business Page. To date, there has been no spam posts since adding the filtering.

Increase Local Reach: Since this league has boundary requirements for players, it doesn’t make sense to promote or interact with followers outside of the league boundaries. Increasing local reach in cities such as Clermont and Groveland was important to the league.

Community Interaction: Interaction with the community is at an all time high currently. I accomplished this through unique image creation, memes that the audience could relate to, and daily posting with regular fan management.
